ZAO COMTEL project
Customer: KTPU Minsktrans, the largest public transport enterprise in Belarus.
In January 2011ZAO COMTEL, a company of the holding, implemented a project on the introduction of measuring and information system for heat and water fiscal accounting, monitoring and flow control in trolleybus depot No. 3, KTPU Minsktrans.
In 4 months the specialists performed a huge work on the creation of the pilot zone of the automated system for real-time collection and transmission of the resources consumption data from the objects of Trolleybus depot No. 3. They also provided thermal devices remote control.
At the moment three buildings of trolleybus depot including office building, control room and production building are equipped with the COMTEL automated system.
The objects are equipped with cold water and heat consumption, access control and thermal management devices control equipment.
The automated system allowed not only to update the devices management system but also to reduce heat and water consumption (~ by 15-25%) and emergency response time (up to 300 times).
This project can be implemented at all bus and trolleybus depots of Belarus, Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Georgia and Moldova.
