To be commissioned in 2010
2003 - 2011
In 2003 Sviazinformservice LLC began the implementation of a number of projects on the reconstruction of Belarusian Railway communication system. By the year 2011 it is planned to complete the construction of the Railway digital primary communication network.
Aim: reconstruction of the existing communication system in compliance with the European standard and creation of a unified data communication network for Belarusian Railway.
The implementation of the projects involves transition to SDH standard digital data transmission systems, which will make it possible to increase data transmission reliability and speed. Within the framework of the projects there are to be performed the works on construction of fiber optic communication lines of Belarusian Railway. For the reconstruction of Belorussian Railway communication system, SDH and FMX telecommunication equipment produced by Sviazinformservice LLC is applied.
