SVIAZINFORMSERVICE LLC started the implementation of the project for the installation of display system (video walls) for the Krasnaya Sloboda mine control centre. The control centre is equipped with a state-of-the-art production process monitoring system, its wide-screen data displaying system is based on EYEVIS (Israel) video walls.
Project objective: improvement of Belaruskali technical facilities by the implementation of new technologies for the efficient enterprise management, control and on-line participation in the engineering process.
The control centre operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, thus the highest requirements are made to the reliability of the technological equipment and the quality of on-line information display.
eyevis display system
- provides the control centre staff with the on-line graphic information for the ore extraction process monitoring. Four wide 67"" screens monitor all production process details and stages on a real time basis;
- sends to the control centre all information from the video surveillance cameras installed both at the mine itself and at the line of ore transportation to the processing plant located 3 km away from the mine.
All this enables on-line control and all ore extraction and transportation processes management, downtime or emergency prevention or elimination minimizing their consequences.
