Warranty service periods for the implemented solutions are stated in the equipment delivery contracts depending on the hardware and software complexity and the requirements of the regulatory documents acting in the communications industry of the Republic of Belarus (or another region of project implementation).
We are especially proud of our technical support service staffed with highly qualified engineers who have been trained in the manufacturers" training centers. The team includes 8 specialists who can answer your questions and, by agreement, provide on-site technical support.
A high level of response is provided by:
- a vast client interaction experience;
- availability of home production and, consequently, leading vendors" open technologies;
- availability of bench equipment and software making it possible to simulate the customer"s situation;
- many years experience in the markets of CIS and other countries.
Verbal advice can be provided almost immediately. The time of arrival on site depends on the object remoteness from Minsk.

Postwarranty service
In case your company does not have a specialist capable of operating a telecommunications system, we can provide post-warranty support.
At your wish, there can be signed a frame contract for servicing within a period convenient for you or a call-off contract (in case of a technical support necessity).
Besides, at you disposal there is a repair center accredited by the manufacturers, its specialists will help you in case of a necessity to repair or to replace faulty units.
The response time depends on the conditions of the technical support agreement.
